Convert PowerPoint decks (.pptx, .ppt) into universally viewable PDFs — one PDF page per slide, animations flattened to their final frame, and every embedded chart rendered pixel-perfect. Great for sharing decks with clients who don't have PowerPoint installed.
Common ways to use PowerPoint to PDF
Attach to email
PDF decks always render in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail — no font substitution surprises.
Upload to a portal
Career, tender and university submission portals often only accept PDFs.
Print handouts
A one-slide-per-page PDF is ideal for classroom or workshop handouts.
LinkedIn document posts require PDF — turn your carousel deck into one.
Archive a client pitch
Freeze the final deck as a PDF so future edits don't rewrite history.
PowerPoint to PDF — frequently asked questions
Are transitions and animations preserved?
They're flattened to the last frame — final positions and visibility are kept, but no motion. For animation, share the .pptx directly.
Do speaker notes appear?
By default no. If you need speaker notes in the PDF, use "Notes Pages" export inside PowerPoint before we'd need custom pass-through.
Which paper size is used?
PDF pages match the slide size defined in the deck (16:9 widescreen or 4:3 classic).
Are hyperlinks clickable?
Yes — links you added to shapes and text in PowerPoint remain clickable in the PDF.
How big will the PDF be?
Typically 100–500 KB per slide, depending on embedded images and charts.
