When merging PDFs is essential
Assembling invoices for the accountant, stitching chapters of a thesis, or bundling scanned pages of a contract — every workflow eventually needs merge. Doing it in Adobe Acrobat costs money. Doing it offline requires software installs. Doing it on a random website risks your documents being retained.
Merge PDFs in three clicks
Open the Merge PDF tool, drop as many PDF files as you like into the upload area, and click Convert now. You will get a single combined PDF ready to download.
What can I customise?
- Order: files are merged in the order you add them. Add them one at a time to control the sequence.
- Size: individual files up to 100 MB are supported. Total upload up to 500 MB.
- Privacy: your files are auto‑deleted after one hour, no exceptions.
Beyond merging — shrink & watermark
After merging, most people also want to compress the final PDF or add a watermark for confidentiality. Both are free on this site:
- Compress PDF — cuts file size 40‑80% without visible quality loss.
- Watermark PDF — adds a diagonal text watermark to every page.
Troubleshooting
- My PDF has a password. Unlock it first via Unlock PDF, then merge.
- Some pages are rotated the wrong way. Fix them with Rotate PDF before merging.
- The final file is huge. Run it through Compress PDF.
